Just saw some truly devastating news coming out of Surat district . The details are just horrible and it’s one of those incidents that makes your stomach drop.
This happened on June 2, 2026,near Uva-Manekpor village in Bardoli . Apparently a terrible road accident involved two Maharashtra State Transport (ST) buses and one tractor.
According to what reports are saying,one ST bus from Dhule to Surat first hit the tractor . And the impact was so bad,the bus actually crossed the central divider and slammed head-on into another ST bus coming from other side . Can you even imagine the sheer force of that collision.
And this is where things became complete nightmare.
One of buses,which had around 25 to 26 passengers,reportedly overturned multiple times and then caught fire . People were trapped inside,and the whole scene must have been pure chaos and panic. It's just too frightening to even think about.
Emergency services,police,and fire brigades rushed to the spot,but a huge traffic jam on the highway made things even more difficult for hours . They were trying to pull people out from the wreckage while fighting fire at same time.
