Wow,some very serious allegations are now coming out from West Bengal politics . Late actor Tapas Paul's wife,Nandini Mukherjee Paul,has directly blamed Mamata Banerjee for her husband's death. This is big news ah .
On June 2, 2026,Nandini Paul made a social media post saying her husband was abandoned by the party during his most difficult times . And she claims this directly contributed to his untimely death. This is happening at a time when TMC is already facing internal issues after recent elections.
In her post,she didn't take Mamata Banerjee’s name directly but she referenced TMC MLA Kunal Ghosh’s comments on conscience . She questioned where Banerjee's conscience was 20-25 years ago. She's basically saying Tapas Paul was popular on his own and was just used by party for political gain .
And honestly,this is where things get really uncomfortable for party leadership .
But this is not just one person's anger . It's happening when there's already so much unrest within TMC. Reports are saying around 50 MLAs are getting ready to submit signatures against party general secretary Abhishek Banerjee to Speaker. Fifty is not small number.
