Looks like the political fight in Rajasthan just got a lot more serious . Hanuman Beniwal, the MP from Nagaur, has now sent a legal notice to the State BJP President,Madan Rathore . And honestly,it's going beyond just simple political statements now .
Basically,Beniwal from RLP has sent this notice on June 2 . He wants public apology and for Rathore to take back whatever he said through media channels.
Beniwal is claiming that these remarks have badly damaged his personal, social, and political image . He says they were just made up to cause confusion and had no facts behind them. He’s also saying that people in public positions should be more responsible with their words.
And this is where it gets messy ah . When leaders start making personal attacks,it just makes public trust go down.
But this whole thing didn't come from nowhere . It all kicked off more seriously during one protest march against land acquisition near Jaipur. This is where Beniwal called Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma "moorkhadhiraj" or king of fools.
And obviously,BJP leaders didn't take that comment lightly . Madan Rathore and others fired back, calling Beniwal's words indecent and even asked for social boycott against him .
Few things standing out clearly in this situation:
- Legal notice sent over alleged defamatory remarks by Rathore.
- Tensions flared up after Beniwal called CM "moorkhadhiraj".
- BJP leaders responded by calling for a social boycott of Beniwal.
And Beniwal has now hit back against this social boycott call . He's saying that such things are not even allowed legally, not even by Khap Panchayats. He's accusing BJP of crossing a line in democratic politics .
This whole fight is becoming less about policies and more about personal ego clashes only . Both sides are exchanging very sharp words and it feels like a personal battle now,not a political one.
With this legal notice, the fight between BJP and RLP is out in open . But where does this kind of politics even lead… it just makes people more confused about who to trust...
