One small mistake, wrong centre, and suddenly whole year of preparation can start slipping away in front of your eyes.
Hasan Hashmi,a NEET candidate from Tolichowki, had gone with his father to Kendriya Vidyalaya in Tirumalagiri . But just ten minutes before closing, they realised this was not his allotted centre at all . His actual exam centre was in Bolarum.
And imagine panic at that moment ah . Entry gates were set to close at 1:30 PM,and he was still at wrong Kendriya Vidyalaya . For any student, this kind of situation can break confidence completely .
That is when Assistant Commissioner of Police for Bolarum,Ramesh Kumar stepped in quickly . After understanding seriousness,he arranged police vehicle to take Hasan to correct examination venue without wasting time.
Few things really stood out here:
- Hasan Hashmi first reached wrong Kendriya Vidyalaya in Tirumalagiri.
- Police arranged transport after realising his actual centre was in Bolarum.
- He reached Bolarum Kendriya Vidyalaya around 1:25 PM,just five minutes before gates closed .
Police also coordinated fastest route through Rashtrapati Nilayam area, which seems to have saved those last few minutes . And in exam like NEET,those minutes are not small thing .
And honestly, this is one of those cases where quick thinking actually changed outcome . Hasan managed to enter exam hall and sit for NEET,after almost missing it because of one centre confusion.
At same time,it also shows how stressful these entrance exams are for students and parents . One wrong location, one traffic delay, one missed detail, and everything can turn upside down.
Good that local police acted fast here, but it also makes you think how many students face this kind of panic silently without getting help at right moment…
