Another massive drug bust has come out from Ahmedabad,and the amount is just shocking . Over ₹14 crore worth of methamphetamine seized from one person.
This whole thing happened on June 2,2026,in the Naroda area . Apparently,police got some solid intelligence about a guy involved in trafficking. suspect,a 48-year-old man named Mohamadsajid Mohamadusman Sheikh,was just walking towards GEB Power Station culvert with a blue bag.
And police team,led by Inspector S.A. Kotadiya,was already waiting . They had set up surveillance based on the tip-off and just intercepted him right there.
When they searched his bag,they found 7.084 kg of methamphetamine . That’s huge amount . value itself is more than ₹14.16 crore. Police confirmed he had no legal permits for it,obviously.
And tbh,this is where you realize how big these operations are getting.
During the arrest,they also found some other items on him . A mobile phone,cash of ₹9,820,and his Aadhaar card. The total value of everything they recovered comes to around ₹14,16,94,820 .
