Sometimes you hear stories from film events that are just so wholesome ah . And this one from actor Aarav is just too good .
He was speaking at pre-release event for his new film Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhakku, and he gave full credit for his marriage success to music composer Darbuka Shiva .
And honestly, the story behind it is proper film-style stuff.
Aarav shared this funny anecdote about how he actually won over his bride and her family . Apparently, when he went to her house for first meeting,he ended up singing the song 'Visiri' to impress everyone .
He said,"When we went to meet my bride,I casually asked if she could sing. However, the family suggested that I should also sing. Seizing the opportunity,I performed 'Visiri,' which ultimately charmed everyone present and helped seal the deal for my marriage."
And tbh, that is just such a sweet and funny way to get your in-laws' approval . Imagine the pressure, and you just sing one song and it works out .
Few things to know from this whole thing:
- Aarav credits Darbuka Shiva's song 'Visiri' for helping him get married .
- The story was shared at pre-release event for Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhakku .
- Film is a period crime thriller directed by Dayal Padmanabhan .
But this whole fun story is for a film that sounds very serious . Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhakku is period crime thriller and has a solid cast with Vetri as Arivumathi,Rangaraj Pandey as Sivanandham, and Brigida as Mallika.
The production is also looking strong with K.V. Sabareesh under 2M Cinemas banner . And even the director Dayal Padmanabhan is co-producing through D Pictures . I remember Vetrimaran had launched the first look and had good things to say about team's sincerity.
The film's release date is set for June 26 . With names like Kavitha Bharathi on screenplay and dialogues, and M V Paneerselvam for cinematography,it's creating good buzz.
And now after this story, everyone is probably paying extra attention to Darbuka Shiva’s music in film . It’s funny how a personal story can make you more curious about an artist’s work… makes you wonder what kind of magic he’s created for this movie itself…
