But one uncomfortable part is hospital quality. Around 200 hospitals have been de-empaneled this fiscal year because they did not follow quality standards . That shows monitoring is happening,but also raises question about how many patients may have already faced poor service before action was taken.

There is also issue of fraudulent claims,which SACHIS says it is working on. And this matters because if fake claims keep happening,real beneficiaries suffer indirectly . Money goes wrong place,trust goes down,and hospitals doing honest work also get stuck in same system.
