This NEET UG 2026 re-examination in Madhya Pradesh honestly felt like more than just another exam day . After May 3 exam got cancelled because of paper leak,students were again pushed into same pressure zone,only this time security was on another level.
On Sunday,retest was held across state with 32 centers in Bhopal and 283 venues statewide . Around 1.20 lakh candidates appeared,including 13,774 from Bhopal alone . For many of them,this was not just exam,it was second chance after whole earlier mess.
And after paper leak issue,National Testing Agency clearly did not want any loose end this time . Security arrangements were heavy at almost every level,from cyber monitoring to physical checking at centers.
There were 44 cyber commandos deployed along with local police and biometric tracking systems . Each center had CCTV cameras and extra biometric verification machines also,basically to stop any malpractice before it even starts.

But tbh,the strictness also created painful moments . Several students were denied entry because they arrived late,and in exam like NEET,that one minute delay can feel like whole future slipping away .
One candidate reportedly forgot her photograph and situation became tense for some time . Her family reached just in time,and she was finally able to take exam. Small thing from outside maybe,but for student standing at gate under that pressure,not small thing ah .
Railway administration also set up help desks to guide candidates through exam process,which was actually helpful because crowd,travel tension and center confusion can easily make students panic on such days.
Overall,exam was conducted without significant incidents,and security measures seem to have worked this time . But after one paper leak already shook confidence,question is how long students can keep paying emotional cost for system mistakes…
