This Khammam case is honestly very painful to even read . Swathi,a 30-year-old woman,is accused of poisoning her two young sons,Vedik Kumar,aged 7,and Tanishq,aged 5,after family dispute at home.
Incident reportedly happened at their rented residence on night of June 20-21,2026 . And what makes it more heartbreaking is that both children lost their lives in early hours of Sunday.
According to reports,there was heated argument between Swathi and her husband,Lingaraju,35,who is petty vendor . Dispute was apparently linked to his decision to move family because of financial hardship.
Sources indicate that argument was over his plan to relocate family to his native village,Gurralapadu . When families are already under money pressure,even one decision like shifting home can become huge emotional flashpoint.
And then situation allegedly took worst possible turn . Police say Swathi mixed poison into soft drinks served to children,before consuming toxic substance herself .
The two boys,Vedik Kumar and Tanishq,succumbed to poison . Swathi is now fighting for her life in local hospital . Not small thing ah,two young lives gone inside their own home.
