This mining issue from Shivgarh is honestly looking more messy than normal local dispute . MLA Kamleshwar Dodiyar sitting at Shivgarh Police Station in protest is not small thing ah,especially when allegations are around illegal mining and Mineral Department link .
Whole matter reportedly started near Kheda village,where Dodiyar intercepted one dumper carrying crushed stone without necessary royalty documentation . He says he got tip-off around 1:30 PM and then quickly informed Revenue Department and local police.
And this is where things became more uncomfortable.
Dodiyar also tried contacting District Mining Officer for clarity,but according to him,there was no response . Now when elected MLA is saying he could not get answer from concerned officer,it naturally raises questions about how these mining movements are being monitored on ground .
Later,his intervention led to vehicle being stopped . But then owner reportedly produced proof of royalty payment,which made matter even more confusing . If royalty proof was there,why was vehicle moving in way that created suspicion in first place? And if everything was proper,why no clear response from department?
Few things standing out clearly here:

Dodiyar is now demanding proper investigation into alleged irregularities in mineral transportation . He has also asked administration to act against any illegal excavation and transportation that can harm local ecosystem and economy.
And tbh,this is not just about one dumper only . In many areas,mineral extraction becomes sensitive because local people feel resources are taken away while damage stays with villages . So when local leaders talk about stronger oversight,it connects with public anger also.
At same time,political angle is also there . Bharat Adivasi Party recently held meeting at Pathan Farm House on the Ratlam-Banswara Road,where party workers and prominent leaders discussed future plans . BAP wants to build strength in tribal-dominated regions and aims for Chief Minister position in Madhya Pradesh by 2028.
But real question is still hanging there . Was this just paperwork confusion,or is there bigger mining network operating with weak checks…
