Very sad case coming from near Kottayam,where 41-year-old Jyothish lost his life after suspected food poisoning . And honestly,when meal outside turns into death like this,it shakes people badly.
Jyothish had reportedly gone with four friends to Parippu Thollayiram toddy shop in Parippu . They had food and beverages there,including dish made from fish head . Soon after that,symptoms started showing and all of them had to seek treatment at hospitals in area.
But Jyothish could not survive . Other four friends are reportedly stable,which is some relief,but still whole thing feels extremely scary ah .
Medical professionals alerted police after suspecting food poisoning behind Jyothish's condition . After that,Kottayam West Police started investigation into what exactly happened at toddy shop and whether food served there was unsafe.
Few things standing out in this case:
