SIT has now filed second chargesheet in Nashik court,and honestly,the allegations mentioned here are not small thing ah .
This latest chargesheet was submitted on May 29, 2026 after eight FIRs were registered at Mumbai Naka Police Station under different provisions of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) . Case is about sexual harassment and alleged forced conversion at TCS Nashik unit.
Names mentioned in this chargesheet include Raza Rafiq Memon,Shahrukh Hussain Shaukat Qureshi,and Ashwini Ashok Chainani,among others . SIT is now looking into claims of exploitation,religious coercion and mental distress faced by several female employees.
And tbh,this is where workplace issue becomes much bigger than normal office complaint . Female employees reportedly said they were targeted through WhatsApp groups and pressured to follow specific religious practices.

But this is not first filing in matter . On May 22,SIT had already filed 1,500-page chargesheet in separate case registered at Deolali Camp Police Station,with similar allegations . That document named Danish Ejaz Shaikh and Nida Ejaz Khan among key accused individuals.
What makes this case disturbing is not just one allegation,but pattern being described by multiple female employees . Harassment,exploitation,mental pressure,religious coercion… all of this allegedly happening in corporate environment only makes people wonder about safety systems inside big companies.
And at same time,one has to remember investigation is still going on . Chargesheet is part of legal process,and court will decide what stands finally . But for employees who came forward,this must have taken serious courage.
