Special yoga session is planned at historic Undavalli Caves, and because big names are coming, police are not taking any chance.
And yes,Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and yoga guru Baba Ramdev are expected to attend this event . Both of them will also take part in state-level event in Vijayawada on June 21,so naturally movement, security and crowd handling become big issue here .
On Thursday,Guntur Superintendent of Police Vakul Jindal, along with District Collector C.M. Sai Kanth Varma, visited venue and checked arrangements personally . They looked at security, traffic management and crowd control because one small confusion at such public event can become headache very fast.
And honestly,Undavalli Caves is beautiful location, but managing crowd there is not small thing ah . VIP movement, public entry, exit points, parking, all these things need proper planning or else people will suffer more than enjoy.
Few things police checked closely:
- VIP movement routes and vehicle parking facilities .
- Public entry and exit points for visitors.
- Emergency response systems for quick action during any emergency.
Officials also organised Advance Security Liaison meeting so different departments can coordinate properly . Mr. Jindal asked all departments to work closely with police forces so operations remain smooth during event.
He also said Guntur district police are fully committed to maintaining public safety . At same time, attendees have been asked to cooperate with security personnel and follow traffic advisories, which is honestly basic but very needed in such gatherings.
But real test will be on event day only . Plans on paper can look perfect, but once crowds,VVIP movement, traffic and public excitement all come together, that is when actual management gets tested…
And with June 20 and June 21 both packed with major yoga events in Undavalli Caves and Vijayawada, question is whether everything will move smoothly or people will still face usual last-minute chaos…
