So Rajasthan is really making some serious moves in digital healthcare . The state has apparently created over 7.19 crore Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) IDs, which is a massive number. This puts them second in the whole country.
And this is all part of bigger plan,the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission or ABDM . The whole idea is to create one digital system for everyone's health records. They're saying under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma,the focus is on using new tech to make healthcare more open and easy to get .
Basically,this ABHA ID is like your own unique health identity number . It lets you keep all your medical records in one place digitally and you can share it with doctors when you want . You can access everything from your mobile only. No more losing old reports ah .
The growth has been pretty fast too . The number of accounts across India went from 14.7 crore in 2021 to over 90 crore by 2026 . That's a huge jump in just few years.
And tbh,this is where things get interesting for normal people .
The biggest benefit is not having to carry around those thick files of papers every time you go to hospital . Doctors can just see your history with your permission and make better decisions. This is supposed to help with getting continuous care even if you change doctors or hospitals .

Officials are saying this is foundation of India's digital health future . As more people get these accounts,they believe it will make Rajasthan's healthcare system stronger,especially for people in villages and cities.
Still,you have to wonder how this will work on the ground . It sounds amazing,but will everyone be able to use it easily,especially older people or those in remote areas? And data security is always a concern with these big government projects…
