Patna court has given interim relief to popular educator and YouTuber Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir,in connection with ongoing investigation into firing incident .
On June 20, 2026,court ordered that no coercive measures should be taken against Khan Sir or his staff until further notice . Basically, potential arrest has been pushed back for now after court looked at case diary submitted by Patna Police during hearing.
And honestly, this is big relief for him and his team at this moment . Court protection also covers three of Khan Sir's staff members,so no punitive action against them till next court date, which is set for June 25 .
But same time, two of his security guards are still in judicial custody . Their bail applications are also part of same legal proceedings,so matter is not exactly relaxed from all sides .
Few things standing out clearly in this case:
- Patna court granted interim relief to Khan Sir on June 20,2026 .
- No coercive measures against Khan Sir and three staff members till next court date on June 25.
- Two security guards remain in judicial custody while bail applications are being heard.
Khan Sir denies all allegations — maintains he is being falsely implicated . He had earlier sought anticipatory bail from Patna Civil Court in connection with firing incident and said accusations against him are unfounded .
And tbh, this rivalry angle with Roshan Anand is making whole thing even more messy . Roshan Anand has accused Khan Sir of plotting against him, while after his release from jail,Anand also alleged there were attempts on his life.
Then comes even heavier allegation involving murder of Prince Yadav, where Roshan Anand has accused Khan Sir of being involved in conspiracy related to it . Serious claims ah,and not something people will ignore easily.
For now, court's interim protection is there, but investigation has not stopped . June 25 will matter because further examination of case materials is expected, and till then everyone is just watching this educator rivalry turn into something much darker…
