As first death anniversary of her father is coming closer,she shared memories which clearly show how deeply connected she still feels to him .
On her official Instagram,Lara posted heartwarming picture with her late father,LK Dutta,and her daughter,Saira . She also added nostalgic throwback image of herself with her father,and for anyone who has lost parent,this kind of post hits differently only.
Her caption was short,but heavy with emotion: "DAD…………… EVERY. SINGLE. DAY……. FOREVER," along with many red heart emojis . No long explanation needed there,actually. Sometimes grief comes out in few words only.
And this tribute came after she had already remembered her father on his birthday earlier this month . Lara performed remembrance puja and planted jacaranda tree at his residence,which honestly feels like very beautiful way to keep someone’s memory living in real world.

Lara's father,a retired wing commander,passed away in Mumbai on May 31st,2025,at age of 84 . After his passing,she had openly spoken about his illness and called him a "wonderful,brave fighter" who faced everything with strength and resilience.
