Delhi BJP training story may sound routine at first,but honestly,it tells lot about how party is trying to shape workers beyond election mood only . Delhi BJP President Harsh Malhotra said BJP's objective is not just coming to power,but serving people through governance.
And this was said during concluding training sessions for all 14 districts and 252 mandals of Delhi BJP . These sessions were part of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Maha Prashikshan Abhiyan,which is held every three years to improve skills and working methods of party workers across Delhi .
Malhotra spoke about BJP's internal working style,especially in Chandni Chowk and Keshavpuram districts . He stressed discipline and strong work culture inside party,which he feels is needed if BJP wants to push its governance vision properly.
He also said this clearly: "A political party has its own goals,and BJP's goal is not merely to come to power but to serve the people through governance and contribute to making India a developed nation and global leader."
And tbh,that line is exactly where politics becomes more than slogans . Because saying service and governance is one thing,but making lakhs of workers act with same discipline on ground is not small thing ah.

Outgoing Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva and other senior leaders also addressed worker development and welfare during these sessions . They discussed organisational matters,grassroots engagement and benefits of three-tier government structure for citizens of Delhi.
And in today's politics,communication has become almost as important as actual work . So discussion on practical communication and media use makes sense,because voters now judge parties not just by speeches,but by how local workers respond on ground rn .
Still,big question is whether this training culture actually changes public experience or stays inside party rooms and meeting halls…
