Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President said party goal is not only winning power, but serving people through governance.
And he said this at conclusion of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Maha Prashikshan Abhiyan, where BJP workers from all 14 districts and 252 mandals in Delhi were part of training . That scale itself shows party is trying to tighten organisation from ground level only .
Malhotra's main line was pretty direct: "A political party has its own goals, and BJP's goal is not merely to come to power but to serve the people through governance." Now whether people agree politically or not, this is messaging BJP clearly wants its workers to carry outside.
He also spoke about India becoming developed nation and global leader . And tbh, this is where party training becomes more than just booth-level planning, because they are linking local worker discipline with bigger national ambition.
Few things standing out from this session:
- Harsh Malhotra pushed focus on serving public through effective governance.
- Training covered party workers across all 14 districts and 252 mandals in Delhi.
- BJP's nationalistic ideology was presented as major force behind its success .
And outgoing Delhi BJP President,Virendra Sachdeva and Organisation General Secretary Pawan Rana also joined discussion . They talked about developmental strategies and how three-tier government structure can benefit citizens of Delhi.
Senior leaders also spoke on media engagement and communication strategies during sessions . In today's politics, communication is half battle only,so party workers being trained on this is not small thing ah.
Malhotra also pointed out that BJP has over 170 million members and currently governs in 22 states across India . That is huge responsibility, and he kept bringing focus back to disciplined governance, effective work culture and dedication of workers .
He also connected whole training to legacy of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, saying his vision shaped BJP's operational framework . Basically, message was that workers are main link between party and public, and their conduct decides how party is seen .
But question is,after all this training and big talk about service, how much actually changes on ground for ordinary people in Delhi…
