On June 22, 2026,Youthville inaugurated its 10th student housing property in Kiwale,Pune . Event was attended by Mr. and Mrs . Krishnakumar Goyal , Chairman & Managing Director of Kohinoor Group, along with educational leaders and industry stakeholders .
This is not small thing ah,because with this new property,Youthville now has total 10 facilities offering over 2,000 beds across key educational hubs in Pune . For students coming from different cities, that kind of organized housing setup can make big difference .
And tbh, parent mindset has also changed a lot. Earlier basic room, food and location were enough for many families . Now they want safety,Wi-Fi,meals,housekeeping,fitness facilities and some proper community feeling also.
Few things standing out clearly here:
- Youthville has opened its 10th student housing property in Kiwale,Pune.
- It now operates 10 facilities with over 2,000 beds across key educational hubs in Pune.
- Long-term plan is to scale to 15,000 beds across Pune and Mumbai by 2030.
Founders Vineet Goyal and Rupesh Mittal are looking at student accommodation more like hospitality-inspired living space, not just hostel-type arrangement . And this part actually matches what many students rn expect from accommodation.
But at same time, this whole rise of organized student housing also shows one bigger shift. Education hubs are expanding, students are moving out earlier, and families want places where academic life and personal comfort both are managed properly.
Youthville says focus is on fully furnished rooms,meals,Wi-Fi,housekeeping,fitness facilities, safety, comfort and community-driven environment . Basically, idea is to give students more than just bed and four walls.
And if this demand keeps growing, the student housing space in Pune and Mumbai may become much more competitive by 2030 . Question is,whether these premium organized spaces will stay accessible for average students also,or slowly become something only some families can afford…
