This Indore case is honestly very disturbing because it is not just some random fight . A 28-year-old man,Ravi Vishwakarma,was allegedly attacked and stabbed after he refused to change his testimony in court case.
And that detail itself makes whole thing more serious ah. Because if someone is being pressured to alter statement,then matter is not just personal dispute anymore,it becomes direct fear around speaking truth.
According to police,the confrontation happened on Friday night in Banganga area when Ravi was collecting his car from Babu Market . Four men,Vikas Yadav,Golu Sharma,Babua Yadav,and Ammu Khatik,allegedly confronted him there.
They reportedly pressured him to change his statement regarding previous dispute . But Ravi refused and stood his ground. After that,tensions escalated badly and situation turned violent.
Police reports say Vikas Yadav attacked Ravi with knife,while others allegedly smashed windows of Ravi's vehicle . After assault,all accused fled from spot,leaving Ravi injured.
Few things standing out clearly in this case:

Police have registered case against all four suspects and investigation is going on . But fear created by such attacks does not disappear that easily,especially for people already caught in legal matters.
But this is apparently not isolated concern in Indore. Another recent incident involved two brothers being stabbed over old rivalry . In that case,Lakhan Khore and his associates allegedly pressured them to withdraw previous complaint,which led to serious injuries.
So pattern looks worrying . Personal disputes,old rivalries,court statements,complaints… everything seems to be spilling into open violence now . And if people need protection just for not changing their words,then what exactly are ordinary citizens supposed to do when pressure comes from other side…
