This 'Janata Darshan' in Lucknow on June 22,2026 felt like one of those events where real issues from ground suddenly come in front of top leadership . And honestly,one complaint from Mathura stood out more than anything else .
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met citizens directly during this session,where people from various districts came with their grievances . Idea is clearly to make governance more responsive,but real test is always what happens after complaint is heard.
And one elderly man from Mathura reportedly raised issue of village pathway being encroached upon . Not some small inconvenience ah,for village people pathway can be daily lifeline only.
He said complaint had already been given to local authorities,but no action was taken . This is where frustration becomes understandable,because common person usually reaches top level only after lower level stops listening.
After hearing matter,Yogi Adityanath instructed District Magistrate to personally assess situation and ensure immediate removal of any encroachments . That direct instruction sends message,but now actual ground action matters more.

And apart from complaints,he also asked about well-being of people present there because heat was oppressive . He urged elderly people and children to avoid going out in sun during peak hours,and also spoke about balanced diet during summer months .
But bigger question still stays there quietly… if elderly man had not reached 'Janata Darshan',would that Mathura pathway issue have moved at all…
