Central Railway just launched two new weekly express trains,linking these two important cities . Formal inauguration happened on July 6,2026,with big names like Maharashtra Chief Minister and Union Railway Minister present . Not small thing to have such important people there,shows how big this project is.
And this move is going to really improve travel options . Think about it,smoother transport for business people,students,pilgrims going to Hazur Sahib… everyone benefits.
First train service,Train No. 17667,will start from Hazur Sahib Nanded to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus on July 8,2026 . Then,return service,Train No. 17668 from LTT to Nanded,begins on July 9,2026.
But wait,there is more . Second set of services starts with Train No. 17665 on July 13 , and its return,Train No . 17666,on July 14 . This structured schedule means regular,reliable options which is what people want .
They have really thought about convenience for these new trains . Timings are planned out so well .
- First weekly service starts July 8 — Train No. 17667 will operate from Nanded to Mumbai.
- Second weekly service begins July 13 — Train No. 17665 will run from Nanded to Mumbai .
- Ticket booking opens July 8 — Passengers can reserve seats through IRCTC and RailOne app.
So,the LTT-Hazur Sahib Nanded Express (Train No. 17668) will depart every Thursday at 4:55 PM and reach Nanded at 9:10 AM next day . And Nanded-LTT Express (Train No. 17667) leaves every Wednesday at 9:15 PM,arriving in Mumbai at 1:00 PM next day . Stops include Kalyan,Nashik Road,Manmad,Bhusaval… good coverage .
Also,train composition looks pretty comprehensive . One AC First Class,two AC Two-Tier,six AC Three-Tier,seven Sleeper Class,and four General Second Class coaches . Plus Generator Van and Guard's Brake Van . Something for every type of traveler,which is great .
