Prime Video is bringing some really interesting content and honestly,the name attached to most of it is making people pay attention immediately . SJ Suriyah is coming with multiple web series and the variety of roles he is taking on is not small thing at all .
Let's start with Dr. Prabhat because that one is standing out the most right now . Series follows a doctor trying to win something called the Adarsh PHC award . And on surface it sounds like simple feel-good story but actually it goes much deeper than that.
Suriyah's character in Dr . Prabhat is apparently dealing with shortage of medicines,corrupt village politics and every possible obstacle that stops him from actually helping patients . Anyone who has seen how rural healthcare works in real India… this storyline will hit differently.

- Then there is lighter project where trivia-loving Dino wishes for one day with coworker Meera and everything turns chaotic and comedic .
That range is honestly something . Same actor going from gritty crime and healthcare drama to full comedy territory in different projects at same time .
Prime Video has been building its original content library for long time now and this feels like one of those moments where they are putting multiple bets together . Whether all series land equally well is different question.
Suriyah's fans have been waiting to see him in this kind of digital space and honestly reaction from audience side is going to be interesting to watch . Digital format allows stories to breathe more compared to two hour film and that could work very well for something like Dr. Prabhat where social issues need proper time to develop .
