<p>The officer in question,identified as Pawan Sangale,was seen in a viral video telling a student he would plant 50 grams of powder on him if seen again. Just sit with that for a moment. A law enforcement official openly threatening to frame someone with drugs. That is not a small thing.</p>
<p>The video got massive attention after it was highlighted at joint press conference by Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray. Raj Thackeray did not hold back either,questioning directly whether this officer is a drug supplier and whether powder is readily available with police. And honestly,that question hits differently when you consider it's coming from a major political figure at a public event.</p>
<p>The Maharashtra government moved quickly after the outrage. Home Department announced suspension of Sangale and started an internal inquiry right away. Mumbai Police also reassigned him to another duty while investigation continues.</p>

<p>Maharashtra Congress state president Harshvardhan Sapkal added his voice to the situation,stating that such threatening officers should be suspended and that the police have agreed.
