Jos Buttler walked in and basically played different sport altogether. 131 runs off just 64 balls — with 12 fours and 9 sixes — that is not just good innings,that is something that makes opposition bowling attack look completely helpless. England deserved this win without question. Their batting depth,aggressive approach and disciplined bowling when needed — everything clicked at right moment in this final game.
But for India,this is uncomfortable ending to series. Some promising individual performances throughout and yet final result feels like lot of unreached potential… whether team selection,batting order,bowling plans — something did not come together and now series is already over with no chance to correct it.
